SAIC Roewe D7 EV (pure electric) and D7 DMH (plug-in hybrid) are officially unveiled and are expected to be launched this year. Roewe D7 locates mid-to high-end cars, D7 EV is built on the exclusive platform of new nebula pure electricity, and the cruising range of CLTC pure electricity is up to 610km;. The D7 DMH is equipped with SAIC’s new self-developed dual-motor super hybrid system with a comprehensive cruising range of 1400km. The new car will compete with BYD Seals and Deep Blue SL03 in the future.
Roewe D7 EV
The front face of D7 EV is designed with a closed grille, and its shape is very similar to that of Weilai ET7. The side of the car is equipped with a hidden door handle, with 17/18-inch wheels to choose from, and the tail is equipped with a duck tail. The tail light is slender and curved inside, and it also supports skylights, side front radar, side rear radar and other configurations. The new car will be equipped with Roewe’s newly-built Yunsu cockpit and upgraded zebra intelligent driving machine system, which supports 180 one-button leveling in the front row.

D7 EV is equipped with VGA rear six-in-one permanent magnet synchronous motor, which provides two versions of low/high power, with the maximum power of 145 kW/155 kW. Equipped with ultra-thin 110mm Rubik’s cube battery, CLTC cruising range is 510km/610km respectively.
Roewe D7 DMH
The tuyeres on both sides of the front lower bumper of D7 DMH are blackened, the decorative strips above the enclosed grille are sharper than the EV version, and the headlight group has built-in arc-shaped lamp cavities. The side of the car is equipped with traditional door handles and double five-spoke wheels. The shape of the taillights echoes the front face, and the edge of the rear trunk is designed with a duckling tail.
The D7 DMH is equipped with a 1.5L hybrid engine and a dual-motor hybrid power system. The thermal efficiency of the engine is higher than 43%, the pure battery life under CLTC condition is 125km, the fuel consumption is 4.3L/100km, and the car body quietness is improved by 10% compared with similar products.
