What should immigrants do when they come to Sichuan?

14-day centralized isolation +7-day home isolation, and nucleic acid detection needs to be completed in 1, 4, 7, 10 and 14 days of centralized isolation and 2 and 7 days of home isolation.

According to the "Emergency Notice", it is necessary to implement 14-day centralized isolation and 7-day home isolation for all people entering the port of our province. Those who do not meet the conditions for home isolation should be centralized isolation. After lifting the centralized isolation, the entry personnel will be taken back to the local area by the closed loop of each city (state) to continue the 7-day home isolation, and the entry personnel who return to other provinces through our province should be sent to the airport and station in a closed loop, and the information of the entry personnel at the destination and the information of the means of transportation should be informed in advance.

The Emergency Notice mentioned that all entry personnel completed the nucleic acid detection of nasopharyngeal swabs on the 1st, 4th, 7th, 10th and 14th days of the centralized isolation period, and on the 2nd and 7th days of the home isolation period. For the nucleic acid detection on the 14th day of the centralized isolation period and the 7th day of the home isolation period, two nasopharyngeal swabs should be collected and tested with different nucleic acid detection reagents, and the two tests should be carried out by different testing institutions (hereinafter referred to as double sampling and double testing).

What should I do if I come to Sichuan from a high-risk area in China?

Before the risk area is delineated, 48 hours of negative nucleic acid report and 14 days of community management should be provided.

After the risk area is defined, it will be isolated at home for 14 days, and centralized isolation will be carried out if there is no home condition.

According to the Emergency Notice, requirements are made when the risk area is not delineated and after it is delineated.

Among them, in terms of personnel management when the risk area is not demarcated, the Emergency Notice mentions that when there are confirmed cases in China and the epidemic area is not demarcated as a medium-high risk area, all localities should issue health tips, and conduct community investigation and traffic barrier investigation for returnees who have lived in the county (city, district) where the epidemic occurred within 14 days, requiring negative reports of nucleic acid testing within 48 hours, and failing to provide reports, they should complete them within 24 hours. If the nucleic acid test is negative, it will be included in community management and health monitoring will be carried out until it is 14 days after leaving the epidemic area.

In terms of personnel management after strict risk area delineation, the Emergency Notice mentioned that after the epidemic area is divided into medium and high risk areas, all localities will complete regional cooperation investigation and red and yellow code personnel investigation management within 24 hours according to the push data, and implement home isolation for returnees from medium and high risk areas until they leave the risk area for 14 days. Those who do not have home isolation conditions will be centralized isolation, and nasopharyngeal swab nucleic acid detection will be completed every three days during the isolation period, and double sampling and double inspection will be adopted when the isolation is lifted. During the isolation period, the middle and high-risk areas were reduced to low-risk areas, and the isolation was lifted after the nucleic acid double collection and double test were negative. Where the location of the high-risk area requires to hold a negative certificate of nucleic acid detection within a specified time when leaving, all localities should conduct personnel investigation and nucleic acid negative certificate inspection in accordance with its specified scope and time.
