Kangaroo Baby Home aims to provide services such as companion education and after-school care for riders’ children, and formulate protective and developmental measures at different stages of development according to different ages.

The service content covers serious illness relief, medical insurance reimbursement, Kangaroo Baby Public Welfare Program serious illness assistance consultation, etc. In terms of course content, it is also more diverse, including reading class, puzzle manual class, social activity class, etc., to provide diversified companionship for riders’ children. At the same time, the clients also expanded from children to parents, and social workers provided them with a series of convenient services such as emotional counseling and delivery skills training. The one-stop service of Kangaroo Baby House effectively alleviates the problems of the rider’s family, such as the difficulty of looking after children, the heavy burden of medical treatment and the great pressure of work, so that the rider and other new business practitioners’ families can enjoy reassuring care in their stressful work and life.

　　After the completion of Xicheng Kangaroo Baby Home, it is expected to provide public welfare services for 100 families and 5,000 people throughout the year. In addition, by the end of May 2023, the "Kangaroo Baby" charity program had helped 624 children of seriously ill riders, with a total amount exceeding 24.287 million yuan. It is understood that in the future, Meituan will also serve more rider families by establishing kangaroo baby community and help workers in new employment forms to work and live with peace of mind.
