　　At the same time, the staff of 4S shop told us that we could upgrade the software for the vehicle, including/system, body control module, environmental control unit, control module, electronics, dashboard, lighting control system, multimedia host and parking control module.

　　The whole upgrade process takes about 4 hours. In order to ensure that the vehicle is always powered on during the upgrade process, and to avoid the adverse impact of long-term idling on the engine, and also to protect the environment and save fuel, the 4S shop will connect the external power supply to the vehicle during the upgrade process and stop at the exclusive station. In order to prevent power failure caused by misoperation, the staff will basically not do other operations on the vehicle during the whole upgrade process. Therefore, if you want to upgrade the software and replace the window regulator together like us, I suggest you communicate with the 4S shop by phone in advance before going to avoid inconvenience.

　　After the upgrade, there are two most obvious feelings. First of all, the opening and closing mode of the high beam has become more dominant. The original way to turn on the high beam is to push the turn signal lever forward, which is the same as most cars, but the way to turn off the high beam is different, which is to push it forward again. It is said that this design has been criticized by many car owners. Therefore, after this upgrade, the way of turning off the high beam has been adjusted, from pushing forward again to dialing backward, and the operation is the same as that of most cars.

　　In addition to the high beam switching mode, the background light of the instrument panel has changed from the original linkage with the headlights to a constant light, which has a better visual field effect. At the same time, the font of the color LCD screen in the middle of the dashboard has also been adjusted. In particular, the color of the navigation road name we criticized before has finally changed from the original crimson word to white, which is obviously clearer. However, our wish to improve the recognition rate of navigation handwriting, which we had been looking forward to before the upgrade, was finally failed, and the recognition rate of navigation handwriting was still incomprehensible.

　　As for the body control module, environmental control unit, engine control module, electronic power steering and parking control module included in the upgrade, how much impact will it have on the actual car experience, which needs further careful observation, and we will introduce it to you in the next episode.

● Fuel consumption performance in the ninth stage: the average fuel consumption per 100 kilometers is about 10.5L/100km.

　　At the end of this issue, let’s share with you the latest fuel consumption performance, which can be said to have surprised us again. Actually, the "highest fuel consumption since the car was picked up" of 11.86L/100km was opened. Of course, this is related to the traffic jam in Shanghai after the school started in September. It can be clearly seen from the table that at the end of August, the fuel consumption was only 9.25L/100 km, and then it soared. The fuel consumption calculated when refueling on September 4 was 10.18L/100km, and then reached a new high of 11.86L/100km. Taken together, during this period, we traveled 1265 kilometers, refueled 132.71L, and the average fuel consumption was 10.5L/100km. This fuel consumption data is indeed high for a 1.6T model. Fortunately, in the middle and late September, the weather began to turn cold, and the frequency of using air conditioners will gradually decrease. We will continue to pay attention to whether this will improve fuel consumption.
